If you wish to purchase a product or service after receiving pricing and information from our customer service representatives, we can process your order conveniently over the telephone.

How to Place an Order
It's very easy! Here are two options:
- To purchase online, click either the "Add to Cart" button (for products) or "Buy a Gift Certificate" button (for services).
- Call the Studio at 713.627.0070 to place your order with a customer service representative.
If you order online and have added an item to your shopping cart, you may select a higher quantity for any item, choose item options and view your entire order. If you're satisfied, either check out or return to the web site to shop some more.
When you check out, you'll be transferred to a secure web server that will encrypt your contact and credit card information.
If your Order is a Product
If you purchase any of Sensia Studio's products, then chances are you'll need to choose item options such as the color of your lipstick. When you add a product to your shopping cart, you'll be transferred to the cart where product options are presented. While viewing your shopping cart, simply select the option you desire from those available in the drop down menu. Then, either check out or continue shopping.
If your Order is a Service
If you wish to purchase a Spa, Body Treatment, Spa Package or other Sensia Studio service, this is accomplished by buying a gift certificate. Simply add the service to your shopping cart by clicking the "Buy a Gift Certificate" button and you'll be transferred to the cart. At this point, you'll need to tell us the name and address of the person who is receiving the gift certificate. If you wish to simply pick it up at the studio, then state this fact in lieu of an address. Then, either check out or continue shopping.
When you purchase a Sensia Studio product or gift certificate for a service, then you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The confirmation will be emailed to the email address that you supply during the secure check out procedure. Your confirmation will include the item(s) you purchased as well as an order number should you need to contact customer service with a specific question. For your convenience, please save or print this email message containing your order number.
In addition to providing the finest selection of products and services for our customers, Sensia Studio understands that a truly superior shopping experience must be safe and secure. When you place an order with sensiastudio.com, your information is processed in a secure environment through the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. The encryption enabled through Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) safeguards thousands of credit card transactions on the Internet every day, and has become an industry standard. Thus, all of your personal and credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted to sensiastudio.com over the Internet.
Since some Web browsers do not permit secure connections, we recommend that our customers visit us through the use of Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. These browsers are optimized to take advantage of the SSL technology. When using Microsoft Internet Explorer you can be sure that you have established a secure connection when the browser displays a closed "lock" icon in the bottom, left-hand corner of the screen. Netscape Navigator informs you of a secure connection by placing a solid "key" icon in the bottom, left-hand corner of your computer screen.
It is important to note that, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your financial institution cannot hold you liable for more than the first $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. If, at any time, you suspect that your credit card has been used without your authorization, contact your credit card company, or the financial institution that issued your credit card, immediately. Please become familiar with the specific procedures required by your credit card company when reporting fraudulent activity.
Credit Card Options
For your convenience, sensiastudio.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Presently, sensiastudio.com is unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States. Make sure to fill out the required information on the secure order form, or call us at 713.627.0070 with the information.
For services performed in our studio, we also accept checks. Note that there is a $25.00 charge for any returned check.
Maybe nothing! sensiastudio.com collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Texas (up to 8.25%). For orders shipped outside of Texas, but within the United States, sensiastudio.com is not required to collect sales tax. Please note that, in the state of Texas, tax is charged on shipping.
Services do not incur a charge for sales tax. In the event a sales tax must be charged, payment may be made at the studio after completion of the service.
Once we receive and confirm your order, we normally pack and ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within 48 hours (often 1 business day!). Depending on where you're located, domestic ground service takes between 2-6 business days. In the event a product(s) is out-of-stock, we will notify you of an anticipated availability date via the email address you provided during the secure check out process. You may choose at that time to cancel your order and your credit card will not be charged. In the event the product(s) you order is discontinued, we will notify you via email and will not charge your credit card. All product orders are charged $7.00 for shipping and handling.
Services purchased in the form of a gift certificate will be mailed to the person and address that you indicate during the secure check out process. If you desire the recipient to pick the gift certificate up at the studio, indicate this in lieu of the mailing address during the secure check out process.
All product orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). USPS standard freight usually states that packages are delivered within 3-5 business days. If you require overnight shipping, do not order the product(s) online, but rather call the studio at 713.627.0070 to purchase the product(s) and arrange for alternative shipping.
If, upon inspection, you discover that the incorrect product has been shipped to you, please contact our Customer Service department immediately, to arrange a replacement or a full refund. Merchandise may be returned to the studio at the following address:

Please note that, while Sensia Studio will issue a refund to your credit card account within 24 - 72 hours of the determination of your refund status, many credit card companies can take up to 30 days to post the refund to your account and make the funds available to you. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for more information on their refund policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with any Sensia Studio cosmetic product(s), simply return the unused merchandise for a free exchange within 30 days of purchase.
If you are still unsatisfied, return the exchanged item(s) for a full refund by following our Return Policy (see above). Note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
